Book Review: New Moon

'Ello! It's me again! Today I'll be reviewing New Moon by Stephanie Meyer. It's the second book of the Twilight Saga.

In this book, Edward leaves Bella. Bella is then left with Jacob, who turns out to be a werewolf! Bella soon finds out that there is a treaty between the Wolves and the Vampires, and that in order for her to become a Vampire, the treaty would have to be broken. Don't want to ruin the rest of the story for you, so go read the book!

This book gets an 8 from me. Don't agree? Comment and tell me why. Well I'm out ~~

Book Review: Twilight

'Ello, its me again. Alright, today I'm rating Stephanie Meyer's book Twilight being that the movie has already come out and it has fans all over the world.

So it begins with Bella in Arizona, and she decides to move to the little town of Forks, Washington. She quickly begins crushing on the High School hottie Edward Cullen. But what she doesn't expect is that he's a Vampire, and that he thirsts for her blood. She also doesn't expect to be tracked by another Vampire because of her relationship with Edward. But I don't want to ruin the entire story for you, so you'll have to find out what happens on your own.

This fantasy book gets a 7.5 from me. Sorry Twilight, but the plot just isn't as different as it claims to be. Feel free to comment

Book Review: The City of Ember

'Ello! Alright, so seeing that the movie is coming (or is already out), I figured I'd better do a review of the book. For starters, the author is Jeanne DuPrau, and its published by Yearling.

So, the two main characters are Doon and Lina - two children who live in the underground city of Ember (Humanity's last stand basically). The two children are assigned jobs and they quickly find that the city isn't as prosperous as they're lead to believe. The mayor is going behind the people's back on top of it. When it all comes down to leaving Ember to go topside, Doon and Lina lead the way. I won't ruin all of the story, so I want you to go take a look at the book - and its much better than the movie.

Rating: I give this book a 9, for creativity. I haven't read anything with a plot like this before. So 'CONGRATS!' to the author. Alright, I'm out ~~~

Book Review: The Blue Girl

'Ello, It's me again ^_^ So Today I'm going to review and rate the book The Blue Girl, by Charles de Lint.

It's an extraordinary book about this girl who does everything she can to protect the ones she loves, even people she doesn't care about. She meets her schools' ghost, and catches up with an old 'imaginary friend'. Oh yea, she also has one of the coolest names I've heard: Imogene! Isn't that awesome, or weird depending on how you view it. Alright, well Imogene and her friend run into trouble when her soul starts to glow a bit to brightly and it begins attracting 'Darkness' as its called. Well, I don't want to ruin the story for you, so I'll stop there.

Rating: I give the book an 8.5! Loved it, but I've read better Fantasy books. Well hope this helped you all. I'm out ~~
